Billing and Payment Terms

  • Prices listed are monthly fees and in USD, paid one month in advance.

  • Travel and lodging costs for on-site visits are billed separately.

  • Site visits are scheduled based on availability and client needs.

  • Minimum commitment: 6 months (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Additional services outside the scope of this package (e.g., SOP development, training, program creation) are quoted separately.
