PHCANN International operates a premier, state-of-the-art, 120,000 sq ft EU-GMP certified indoor cannabis cultivation and extraction facility in North Macedonia. As they secured a landmark licensing agreement to cultivate and distribute legendary boxer Mike Tyson's flagship brand, TYSON 2.0, they faced a massive challenge: scaling up production to meet the explosive consumer demand in Germany and the UK while maintaining flawless quality.

3. Upgraded Propagation, Cloning & Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
We streamlined PHCANN's cloning and propagation zones, accelerating root development and plant vigor to scale a 120,000 sq ft facility. Concurrently, Sostanza upgraded their Integrated Pest Management (IPM) systems, using biological and cultural controls to ensure clean, pest-free environments without risking compliance issues.
4. Sanitation, Airflow & HVAC Audits
Microbial control is a critical aspect of EU-GMP certification. Our consultants conducted deep audits of the facility's mechanical systems, focusing on HVAC efficiency, room-to-room pressure differences, and localized airflow dynamics to eliminate microclimates. Combined with newly structured post-harvest sanitation SOPs, we successfully brought microbial counts to industry-low levels.
5. Multi-Month On-Site Grower Training
Sostanza’s team spent months on-site in North Macedonia, working shoulder-to-shoulder with PHCANN's operators. By implementing custom-tailored daily habits, labor tracking systems, and automated data-monitoring protocols, we built a highly skilled, confident operations team capable of steering the facility independently.
