Project Overview
In late 2022, the founders of Hollymood partnered with Sostanza to build a world-class, GMP-ready indoor cannabis cultivation facility in Thailand capable of exporting premium medical cannabis to highly regulated global markets, including Australia and Europe.
As Sostanza's first major 0-to-100 project, our team took Hollymood from business planning and facility design through construction, operational launching, and ongoing cultivation coaching.

We handed our conceptual layouts to BSY, a top-tier construction firm known for industrial-grade automotive plants. Working hand-in-hand, we executed the Phase 1 buildout in just eight months through weekly progress tracking and rigorous risk management.
4. Hands-on Training & SOP Implementation
Operational launch was backed by Sostanza's complete SOP Package—spanning nutrient management, biosecurity, and trimming protocols. Through on-site mentorship and remote coaching, Sostanza empowered local agriculturalists to manage high-tech, commercial-scale indoor cannabis systems seamlessly.

Today, Hollymood Farms is a benchmark of success in Asia, delivering over 120 kg of premium flower every two weeks to strict global markets.
